Groundwork's newly refurbished and purpose-designed Enterprise Units have been open for business since October 2006. This suite of self-contained business units is designed to fully comply with latest disability access legislation and is fully serviced and supported, situated in central Burslem on a secure site with good access.
All units are offered on short term, flexible licences with a package of business support on site to ensure they are attractive to growing businesses.
We are happy to discuss special requirements and additional options within the site, and welcome enquiries from all interested parties.
As well as the industrial and office units we can offer storage units and co-location opportunities on the same site.
