Groundwork’s youth projects help young people take a more active role in the area where they live and encourage them to take greater responsibility for their own environment.  The Youth Team works with a wide age group from 8 to 19 years old and not only involve them in community programmes but also help improve their job and education prospects once they have left school through such programmes as Entry to Employment (E2E).
